Lindsay R. Williams | Broker/Owner

lwilliams@tdhomepros.com | Text Me: (304) 685-9959

A native West Virginia girl from Beckley, Lindsay is one of the many who came to West Virginia University, fell in love with Morgantown, and could not fathom the thought of leaving after graduation. Over 15 years later, she still loves to call Morgantown home. Lindsay graduated from WVU in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a History Minor. She went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, also from WVU, in 2007. Following her fondness for real estate and building relationships, Lindsay took the real estate license exam and started her career at Howard Hanna Premier Properties where she served as the Associate Broker, Director of Training and Development, and Relocation Coordinator. She is a past President of the Morgantown Board of Realtors and the current President of the NCWV Real Estate Information Network. Following her own dreams in 2016, Lindsay embarked on the creation and opening of her own company, Touchdown Home Pros. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and real estate professionals, this next step simply felt the the right thing to do. Community is always at the top of her mind and Lindsay sits on the boards of Scott’s Run Settlement House and the Augusta Development Corporation. Additionally, she is the founding chairperson of her own board, The Lindsay Williams’ Stronger Than Cancer Fund which is held through the Mon General Foundation.

Connie’s new to our team and newly licensed in WV, but her background in real estate is diverse. Her mother owns a real estate brokerage near Pinehurst, NC, and her father was a master carpenter and builder of million-dollar homes for Toll Brothers. Connie’s direct involvement in real estate transactions started in 2007 buying and selling several homes. Then, she branched out to real estate investing in 2012 using a cashflow/rental + buy-and-hold strategy. When her husband accepted an offer with WVU in early 2015, they and their two young sons moved to Cheat Lake and got plugged in by joining the local MOMs club and starting Cheat Lake Elementary’s Chess Club. When considering starting back to work now that her sons are both school-aged, she found herself thinking, “I have learned so much from my dad about home-building, from my mother about real estate, and from my own investing experiences that it’s time to help others benefit from that knowledge and become a Realtor myself.” When Connie’s not working with a client, knocking on doors, or researching her next investment property, she’s probably in a hot yoga class, painting, or photographing her favorite places: WV Botanical Gardens, Trout Lake, Cheat Lake, or Coopers Rock! You’ll find her to be diligent, resourceful, and attentive to detail in helping you get the results you’re wanting, but as if it were her own purchase or sale.

Ron Nestor | Realtor

rnestor@tdhomepros.com | (304) 692-5335

Ron is a 15+ year veteran Real Estate agent and native of Bruceton Mills in Preston county, West Virginia. He has been a letter carrier in Morgantown for 20+ years, an experience which has been invaluable in Real Estate because of the vast knowledge of Morgantown and the benefits of living in such a great city. Growing up in a small town has given him an appreciation for the benefits and values of community, as well as helped him understand how important it is to know what kind of neighborhood a buyer is looking for and to guide them to the areas where these needs will best be met.

Ron enjoys all aspects of the Real Estate profession; helping the first-time homebuyer through an anxious but rewarding process, walking the boundaries of a 50 acre farm that a buyer has dreamed of retiring to or working with a seller to develop a plan of action to get their home prepared, priced and marketed for a quick sale.

Ron has listed and sold property throughout North Central West Virginia and enjoys the challenges each property, no matter what price or location, brings to the table. Ron believes the greatest reward this profession offers is to go to the closing table and shake the hand of a smiling and satisfied client.

Katie Kennell | Realtor

katiekennell304@gmail.com | (304) 692 5840

In November 2017 Katie decided to rejoin her friends in Real Estate and is now a Realtor with Touchdown Home Pros. In her absence from Real Estate, Katie was busy working on becoming a certified coding specialist for WVU Medicine. By staying close with her real estate friends and talking to old customers, Katie began to miss Real Estate. It was October 2002 when Katie started her Real estate career with Horizon Realty. Then in 2010 she became an agent Howard Hanna until 2013 when she went inactive. Katie is a dedicated agent and brings a well-balanced variety of skills and experience to the Touchdown Home Pros team and her clients. Katie has amassed 9 years of success in the real estate field, where clients new to the area benefit from this agent’s long-time residency in her territory, as well as the diverse set of skills that come from past experience working in hospitality and early learning environments. Her reliability and competence are also in part a result of being entrusted with important responsibilities, from positions in management and handling large transactions at a local bank to raising two sons. Her commitment to organization and steadfast focus on her client’s needs puts them at ease and in the right hands for achieving their goals. Katie enjoys the simple pleasures of family life in a growing community. An avid reader, she also loves animals, spending time in nature and participating in her sons’ school organizations and activities. Katie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, West Virginia Real Estate Association, North Central Real Estate Network Multiple Listing Service, the Lindsay Williams Stronger Than Cancer Elimination Dinner Advisory Board and the Morgantown Board of Realtors. The stand-out quality for this agent is her enthusiasm for assisting and making people comfortable in each step of the course to becoming a real estate owner. Katie has accompanied countless clients from the first step to the front door of their new homes with consistently successful results.
